CHIROPRACTIC, OSTEOPATHY AND NATUROPATHY
Chiropractors use a range of techniques to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility, including hands-on manipulation of the spine. As well as manual treatment, chiropractors are able to offer a package of care which includes advice on self-help, therapeutic exercises and lifestyle changes.
Our Naturopath and Osteopaths specialises in firstly finding out why the body isn't able to heal itself properly and correct that lesion. Secondly, analysing the way people move and improve their mechanics. The result of these two components is reduced wear and tear and increased healing capacity. The body is then able to heal itself.
DR BROOK PAUNA
DC, MChiro Registered with the General Chiropractic Council
Brook’s interaction with chiropractic began at a young age. A history of migraines as a child and a lower back sports injury as a teen piqued his interest in a Chiropractic career.
Brook grew up in the Blue Mountains in Sydney, Australia and moved to the UK in 2010. He graduated with a Master of Chiropractic degree from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2014. He has found the McTimoney technique, a gentler and less forceful technique, to be particularly effective for children and the elderly.
Brook enjoys developing his personal skill set by learning new chiropractic techniques and systems. He attended the Inspiral Paediatric seminar in 2015 which reinforced his firm belief in the benefits of chiropractic care for children. He has also found chiropractic to be beneficial during pregnancy.
Brook’s goal is to enable people of all ages and from all walks of life to become stronger, healthier and happier. LEARN MORE

Osteopath/Cranial Osteopathy MOst (DO)
Fabian graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from Leeds Beckett University.
"For me osteopathy is more than just receiving treatment for pain; it should aim to treat the person as a whole and not just as a set of symptoms. I take a different approach for each person with a focus on individualised care."
He has a keen interest in almost all sport and has participated competitively in rugby, hockey, golf, tennis, skiing, sailing and triathlons.
"My approach is structural; I base my diagnosis and treatment around the bio-mechanics of the body, assessing the whole body and looking for any imbalances which may be contributing to the pain. Treatment will then be aimed at restoring and optimising any areas of dysfunction. I treat a wide variety of problems including both acute and chronic pain, in every part of the body."
Fabian also has qualifications in dry needling and acupoints, and in cranial osteopathy.
