Pilates with Beth

Pilates is an exercise class which aims to strengthen and enhance:

  • Core strength

  • Balance

  • Mobility

  • Flexibility

  • Mood.

 

This is through slow, controlled and low impact movements and it focuses on all muscle groups (even the smaller ones).

Our Pilates class is suitable for all ages, sizes and capabilities! This class is also particularly good for those who have other musculoskeletal problems such as back pain and postural problems. The key to recovery from these type of problems is movement and strengthening the right areas and this is what our Pilates class can help with!
