Katie treats a wide range of injuries and general aches and pains. Sports massage sessions are also available so whether you sit at a computer all day or train for a particular sport several times per week, sports massage is a great way to relieve muscular 

Katie offers a wide range of services within the clinic from massage, strapping and taping to complex rehabilitation programmes.

Katie graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Therapy in 2012, and has completed three seasons working with Jarrow Vikings, treating injuries sustained on match days and providing first aid during games. She now works with Whitley Bay Rockcliff RFU and Wallsend Eagles RFL. 

As a member of the Society of Sports Therapists, Katie complies with their policy of Continuous Professional Development (CPD), this ensures clients and patients get the best possible, up to date treatment supported by recent medical studies and research. This enables Katie to broaden her knowledge on different conditions and to provide the best suited and successful treatment techniques and rehabilitation exercises for your injury.
