Sue Provost
Solution Focused Therapist
Sue is a qualified teacher, social worker
and mediator. She has over 25 years of
experience working in a variety of settings,
including the Probation Service, charities and
Schools. Over the years Sue has brought together a
number of different approaches to provide a holistic approach
to helping young people and their families find a way through
difficulties. One of the things that characterise Sue’s work is her use
of creativity and playfulness which, along with her honest and open
approach, engages young people quickly and effectively.
Solution Focused Therapy is a way of looking at a situation and seeking ways to make it better for those concerned. It does not involve in depth analysis of a person or family’s experience, nor is it about finding a label to fit the situation.
