Indian Head Massage

An increasingly popular form of massage used widely in Asia to combat neck and shoulder tension, stimulate hair growth and improve mental clarity. Massage begins on the upper back and shoulders moving to the neck and scalp (face optional). A wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Swedish massage

A stimulating and invigorating massage. Great for relieving tight muscles and improving circulation and muscle movement. 

Reflexology
1 hour - £28
Massage of the feet based on the theory that every organ and system of the body corresponds with pressure points in the feet. Reflexology has been useful in the treatment of migraine, sinus, digestive and back problems, breathing disorders and tension and stress. Promotes a feeling of well being and harmony.
