Adrian Bell
Pilates Instructor

Adrian Bell is a fully qualified pilates
instructor.  He is a member of the Register
of Exercise Professional at Level 4, the American
College of Sports Medicine and the Pilates Institute.

Pilates is a unique exercise method, designed to strengthen,
re-shape and restore the body to balance.  It is holistic in approach,
working both mind and body together.  This sets it apart from many other
forms of exercise.

Develops posture and core stability muscles
Improves flexibility and balance

As well as pilates classes at Watson House, Adrian also offers personal pilates instruction tailored to your needs.  Using both mat work and pilates reformer based methods to ensure you have a toned and balanced body. 

One to One pilates is great for those who:
Want to gain a foundation in pilates before attending a class
Want to develop the good work they have already done in a pilates class
Participate in sport and want to improve performance – pilates is included in many professional sports training regimes
May be prone to injury because of repetitive movement, poor posture or muscle imbalance
Have specific needs that can’t always be catered for in a class setting
Want to experience reformer or equipment based pilates
