At Watson House we
host Yoga, Pilates and
Tai Chi classes.

Classes are run in ten week sessions
(although new members are always welcome
and can join at any time) and are open to all
abilities, from beginners to pro's!

Hatha Yoga helps with strength, flexibility and relaxation.
It is known to have a positive affect on certain ailments such as
diabetes, arthritis and hypertension. Classes are held at a studio in the
centre of Morpeth on Monday and Friday mornings, and Monday, Tuesday
and Wednesday evenings.
£58.00 for 10 week subscription

Pilates can help with improving lung capacity and circulation as a result of deep breathing exercises. Improve your posture, balance and core strength. Classes are held at a studio in the centre of Morpeth on Thursday evenings.
£55 for 10 week subscription

Tai Chi is an ancient art, practised for its holistic movements, health and relaxation. It is accessible to all ages and physical abilities, you just need to wear loose clothing, soft footwear or bare feet. Classes are held at Watson House Therapy Centre on Wednesday mornings.
£55 for 10 week subscription.
